 GOBERNA FOUNDATION was approved by Ministerial Agreement No. 159 of august 6th, 2007, published in the Official Registry NO. 154 dated august 23rd., 2007, by initiative of Joffre Campaña Mora and his wife Pilar Maldonado de Campaña.
On October 20, 2007 the founding members designated as members of honoring Drs. Gustavo Noboa Bejarano, Alfredo Palacio Gonzalez and former presidents of the Republic of Ecuador, and Mr. Ab. Jaime Nebot Saadi, the mayor of Guayaquil and Carlos Falquez Battles, mayor of Machala.
Likewise, the March 3, 2008 the founding members appointed as an honorary member of the lady journalist Angela Patricia Janiot.
In its administrative structure, the GOBERNA FOUNDATION has Academic, Board of Directors, Directory Advice, President, of a main directorate and Secretary.
The Foundation is governed by its Statute and other internal procedures. |
